Final Sale Policy

Because FERROUS LAB products are handmade, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, styling preference, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Discounted items, promotional items, limited drops, and special campaign purchases may be treated as final sale unless there is confirmed shipping damage or a verified product issue.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.
  • Please include your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved cases may receive a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Handmade variations in texture, finish, color, shape, measurement, or detail are not considered defects.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by water, perfume, lotion, sweat, chemicals, heavy friction, or improper storage are not covered by product issue review.
