Because all FERROUS LAB products are handmade, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue. Requests made after 48 hours from recorded delivery may not be eligible.
